SALON 6315 POLICIES / DISCLAIMER:

Salon 6315 has the right to refuse service to any client not abiding by Salon policies.


CHILDREN  are welcome, but MUST be accompanied by another adult when a parent is getting a service done at Salon 6315. A salon can be a dangerous place for unsupervised children.

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, There are "NO REFUNDS" on all salon services. Salon products are exchange only .  Salon 6315 can not offer refunds on services performed.

3 DAY GUARANTEE   A CLIENT HAS 3 DAYS TO DECIDE WHETHER THEY ARE HAPPY WITH A SERVICE THEY JUST RECEIVED, TO COME BACK IN OF NO CHARGE. AFTER THE 3 DAY WINDOW, A NEW CHARGE WILL RESULT.

Appointment Day Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive full service. If you arrive excessively late, as a courtesy to other clients, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancelations & Missed Appointments As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment the day before you are scheduled. Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to change your appointment. After three or more same day cancelations, or missed appointments, you'll be asked to secure future appointments with a credit card.

NO REFUNDS - ALL SALES FINAL - There are no refunds on hair services and salon products, exchange only. No return on salon products after seven days.

DAY SALON SERVICE GUARANTEE:  You have a 7 day grace period to decide if you are satisfied with your hair and nail and all salon  services. After 7 days, there will be A NEW charge . WE FEEL AT SALON 6315, THAT IS ENOUGH TIME TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE PLEASED WITH A SALON SERVICE.

Children are Welcome The salon can be a dangerous place for children. Children under 12 years of age must be  accompanied by an adult.
